The 1530 South State Street Building is a 17-story, 315-unit residential condominium building. The original ten story base structure was constructed for the Beatrice Creamery Company in 1916. In 2001, the original concrete framed structure was extensively renovated including the addition of eight new stories to the building and an attached three story enclosed parking structure.
