Roof Replacement Program

Norris University Center is a 4-story structure that serves as the hub of student activities on the campus of Northwestern University. The building was constructed circa 1971, and consists of several sections of varying heights and roof areas.

Roof Replacement Program:

• Removal of the existing roofing systems and associated components

• Installation of a temporary roof vapor barrier followed by the installation of a new PVC roof membrane system

• Included flat and tapered insulation, underlayment, integral flashings and sheet metal counterflashings
