Belmont Tower Apartments is a high-rise residential building near Chicago’s Lake shore that is composed of a main residential tower and connecting three-level parking garage constructed in the late 1960’s. The purpose of the project was to provide concrete repair work for the parking garage and improve drainage at the exposed upper level.  The project was performed in phases to allow partial occupancy during the repairs.

Garage Slab Repairs:

• Topside, full depth, and underside concrete repairs.

• Vertical concrete patch repairs to exterior walls.

• Addition of supplemental drains.

• Waterproofing membrane replacement for top level

• Membrane recoating at middle level.

• Line striping of garage.
