The 260 East Chestnut Street Condominium building, is also known as Plaza on Dewitt. The detached parking garage facility is separate from the residential tower, and located the northeast corner of the property. The exterior walls are comprised of brick veneer cladding supported by steel shelf angles and/or lintels, along with concrete masonry unit (CMU) infill panels between the structural concrete frame.

The repair program of the garage consisted of the following:

• As necessary brick replacement
