Corner Roof Replacement

1350 N Astor is a 15 story co-op building in near north side. It was built in 1949 and has 49 units.

Corner Roof Replacement Project:

Removal of the existing membrane system down to the concrete structural deck including removal of sheet metal flashing and coping caps
Replacement of drain heads and reconnection to existing drainage system as well as flashing/detailing to provide a complete system
Concrete structural deck cleaned and prepared for installation of a temporary roof vapor barrier followed by the installation of a new 2-ply membrane system
Included tapered insulation, underlayment, base-ply and cap sheet with integral flashings and sheet metal counterflashings
