Window Replacement and Facade Repairs

The One East Scott Street Condominium building is in the heart of the Gold Coast area of Chicago. Built circa 1968, it was designed by Dubin, Dubin, Black & Moutoussamy Architects and Engineers.

Window Replacement and Facade Repairs:

• Removal of existing windows and replacement with new thermally broken aluminum framed project-in window assemblies

• Caulking of all newly installed window assemblies

• Repairs to deterioration in the concrete columns and slabs

• Painting of all exposed concrete along the entire building facade
