Courtyard Wall Repairs

The Domain Condominiums located at 900 North Kingsbury Street occupying floors 6 through 11. Floors 6 through 9 are original construction (circa early 1900’s). Floors 10 and 11 are set back along the east and south elevations and were constructed in 2001 as part of the adaptive reuse program and development residential use. The former warehouse complex is comprised of two structures divided by an internal courtyard. The west building floors grade through five were constructed in 1940 with four additional warehouse floors added in 1974 and two additional floors and penthouse added in 2001 as part of the residential conversion and development. The east building was constructed in 1917 with two additional floors added in 2001 as part of the residential conversion and development.

Courtyard Repairs:

  • As-necessary concrete crack and patch repairs at exterior wall, column, and beam surfaces

  • As-necessary concrete crack and patch repairs at exterior balcony topside, underside, and slab edges surfaces

  • As-necessary epoxy compound leveling repairs at balcony topside surfaces

  • Removal (as required) and installation of a new pedestrian grade traffic bearing membrane at all balcony surfaces

  • As-necessary direct applied exterior finishing system (DEFS) crack and patch repairs

  • 100% painting of exposed concrete surfaces and DEFS surfaces
