Window Replacement and Facade Repairs

The 555 West Cornelia Avenue Condominium building is a 20-story residential building constructed in 1961 and designed by Solomon, Cordwell, Buenz & Associates of Chicago, Illinois.

Window Replacement Project:

  • Window and door replacement at all residential units and balconies

Along with the window replacement, repairs were performed on the exterior facade and balconies:

  • Limited concrete, masonry and building sealant repairs

  • Waterproofing membrane installation at balconies

  • Balcony railing and partition painting

  • Concrete painting
