Garage and Driveway Repairs

Lake Park Plaza is a 30-story condominium building constructed circa 1968. Situated at an approximate 45-degree angle on the property, the building is crescent shaped and a conventionally reinforced concrete structure. With exposed concrete slab edges and columns, metal window assemblies span the full length and height of the openings. Curved balconies are provided along the north, while rectangular balconies project out from the east and west.

Garage and Driveway Repair and Renovation Project:

• Replacement of the driveway pavements, curbs, sidewalks and stairs

• Replacement of the hot-applied asphaltic membrane at the driveway, sidewalks and planters

• Repairs to deterioration in the concrete slabs and columns within the garage

• Replacement of the garage floor drains

• Replacement of the urethane waterproofing membrane within the garage

• Painting of the interior of the parking garage

• Renovation to the garage lighting

• Installation of new EV charging stations
